Returns and exchanges

Each product page states whether that item is eligible for a return or exchange and the applicable request window. The terms vary by item: some accept returns and exchanges within 14 or 30 days of delivery; some accept returns only within 14 days; some accept exchanges only within 7, 14, or 30 days; and some do not accept returns or exchanges. Please check the “Returns & exchanges” note on the item before ordering.

To request an eligible return or exchange, use our contact form within the window shown on the product page. Include your order number, item, and reason for the request. We will provide instructions before you send anything back.

Cancellations

Request a cancellation within two days of purchase through our contact form. Include your order number so we can locate the order.

Problems with an order

If an item arrives damaged, incorrect, or with another problem, contact us with your order number and a description of the issue. We will review it and help resolve it. This policy does not limit rights that applicable law gives you.
